Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant. With respect to items sold by Eko Toys Nigeria, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Eko Toys Nigeria reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Eko Toys Nigeria reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over ₦500,000 (five hundred thousand naira) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Shipping and Delivery
Eko Toys Nigeria will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you on Eko Toys Nigeria's shipment to the shipping carrier. Shipping and handling charges are based on the value of your order.
Payments
Eko Toys Nigeria accepts the following forms of payment: Debit card, bank transfer, USSD through Flutterwave and Paystack. All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply email us - info@ekotoysng.com with the order code and email address used in the order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Nigeria, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Eko Toys Nigeria's intellectual property rights, Eko Toys Nigeria may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in Nigeria or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitrators award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Eko Toys Nigeria reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted.
